Konami is back with another round of premium Legendary Decks, and this time it's all about Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. Legendary Arc-V Decks delivers three complete, ready-to-play 55-card decks built around three of the most popular archetypes from the ARC-V era — and each one comes loaded with brand-new cards, essential staples, and a shot at the newly upgraded Starlight 2.0 treatment.

What's in the Box?

Legendary Arc-V Decks contains 168 cards total across three decks, structured identically to March's Legendary Modern Decks 2026:

3 x 55-card Decks — each with a 40-card Main Deck and 15-card Extra Deck
1 Secret Rare + 6 Ultra Rares per Deck
Bonus packet per Deck — a 56th card: a Secret Rare copy of 1 of 6 cards from that Deck, with a chance to upgrade to Starlight Rare
144 Commons, 18 Ultra Rares, 3 Secret Rares
3 bonus Secret Rares (with Starlight Rare upgrade chance)

Just like previous Legendary Deck releases, each deck includes multiples of the cards you need to actually play the strategy — plus popular staple cards that slot into any deck. This is a product built for duelists, not just collectors.

The Three Decks — And Their Brand-New Cards

Odd-Eyes (Yuya — Standard Dimension)

The flagship ARC-V archetype gets a powerful new addition: a Link-3 Odd-Eyes Monster with 2500 ATK. It can destroy any card you control to draw a card — and if you destroyed a Pendulum Monster, you get an extra Pendulum Summon for your Performapal, Magician, and Odd-Eyes monsters. On top of that, during your turn it can negate any opponent effect by simply discarding a card. Flexible, powerful, and very Yuya.

Lunalight (Celina — Fusion Dimension)

Lunalight came 2nd at the World Championship 2025 — so Konami gave it even more Fusion Summoning power. The new Level 5 Beast-Warrior can Special Summon itself from your hand whenever a Lunalight monster activates its effect. If your opponent activated a card or effect that same turn, you also grab a Polymerization from your Deck or Graveyard. And if it's sent to the Graveyard by card effect, you can revive another Lunalight from your Graveyard or face-up Extra Deck. Consistent, resilient, and ready to Fusion Summon.

Speedroid (Yugo — Synchro Dimension)

Speedroid is accelerating its Synchro game with a new Level 4 Tuner WIND monster that Special Summons itself from your hand by sending any Speedroid card from your Deck to the Graveyard. When it's sent from the field to the Graveyard, you grab a Speedroid Spell/Trap from your Deck — and if you control a Clear Wing monster, you can destroy any monster on the field. Speed, search, and removal in one card.

Starlight 2.0 — A New Era for Starlight Rares

Legendary Arc-V Decks is one of the first products to feature Starlight 2.0 — Konami's upgraded Starlight Rare treatment. The changes include:

Richer colours and improved readability
Rainbow foil outer border replacing the previous grey border — especially striking on extended art cards
Technical adjustments already in use in overseas markets, now coming to the EU/global release

Starlight 2.0 is not a new rarity — a Starlight Rare is still a Starlight Rare. But the visual upgrade is significant, and these will be immediately distinguishable from previous Starlight prints. Previous Starlight Rares will not be reprinted with the new tech.
