With Riftbound Set 5: Radiance releasing this Friday 23rd of October, we wanted to share an important update about our incoming stock.
Our UK supplier has been informed by UVS of a shipping delay and currently expects stock to reach its UK warehouse around the middle of this week. With such a tight turnaround before Friday’s release, our supplier has advised that stock is highly unlikely to reach retailers in time for release day.
What this means for Knightly Gaming preorders
Our Radiance stock still needs to travel from the UK to South Africa before we can dispatch local orders. Given the supplier delay and the international shipping time still required, customers should expect our shipment to arrive after this Friday’s release.
We do not yet have a confirmed arrival date for Knightly Gaming. The supplier’s expected warehouse arrival this week is not our local delivery date, and we don’t want to give you a revised estimate before we have reliable shipping information.
What happens next?
Our supplier has advised that it will begin processing and picking orders as quickly as possible once stock arrives, with priority given to approved organised play stores. We don’t yet have a confirmed dispatch date for our order.
We’ll share a further update once we have firmer information about our shipment and its expected arrival in South Africa.
